MARDUK: Sounding 'More Intense And Brutal Than Ever Before'
July 7, 2005Swedish black metallers MARDUK have posted the following message on their official web site:
"The South American tour will take place during November. We are just waiting for confirmation for the final dates then they will be posted.
"The first rehersals since drummer Emil broke his arm has been done. Can assure you all that MARDUK sounds more intense and brutal than ever before."
MARDUK were forced to cancel their European tour earlier in the year after drummer Emil Dragutinovic's arm was broken in a fight back in February. The rescheduled trek will kick off August 24 in the U.K.
The band recently put the finishing touches on the videos for the songs "Throne of Rats" and "The Hangman of Prague".
MARDUK's ninth full-length album, "Plague Angel", was released in the U.S. in March. The album came out in Europe last November via Blooddawn/Regain Records.
